Shoes Warranty

KR ATHLETIC & PERFORMANCE BOWLING SHOES WARRANTY

We are the “Most Trusted Name in Bowling”. If your KR Strikeforce athletic or performance bowling shoes develop a material or workmanship defect within two years of the manufacture date (listed inside the shoe tongue), we will stand behind them.
 
During this 2-year period any defects that occurs from normal use will be covered. Product defects occurred by excessive use or abuse will not qualify for a warranty exchange or replacement.
 
We will exchange or replace your defective product with the same exact product if available. If your pair of shoes is not available or has been discontinued, you will receive a equivalent model or be eligible to upgrade to higher price model.
 
Please note: THIS WARRANTY CLAIM DOES NOT INCLUDE FREIGHT
 
In the case of shoes being replaced, the buyer is responsible for all freight charges. If the buyer cannot supply pictures by email or text message, they will need to send the defective shoes to our office for inspection. Once approved, the buyer will be responsible for a flat rate freight charge of $20 per pair of shoes. This will ensure a timely and proper delivery of your replacement product.
 

LINDS RENTAL BOWLING SHOES WARRANTY

We are the “Most Trusted Name in Bowling”. If your Linds rental bowling shoes develop a material or workmanship defect within one year of the manufacture date (listed inside the shoe tongue), we will stand behind them.
 
During this 1-year period any defects that occurs from normal use will be covered. Product defects occurred by excessive use or abuse will not qualify for a warranty exchange or replacement.
 
We will exchange or replace your defective product with the same exact product if available. If your pair of shoes is not available or has been discontinued, you will receive a equivalent model or be eligible to upgrade to higher price model.
