1. How do I activate my warranty?

If you purchased a KR Strikeforce or Brunswick bowling bag from a pro shop or online retailer, you can either send us the form that is inside the bag, or you can use our online Warranty Form to activate your warranty.

2. What is covered by the warranty?

All KR Strikeforce and Brunswick Bowling Bags come with a limited 5 Years Warranty.

3. One of the wheels of my bag is broken. What should I do?

If a wheel on your bag is broken - give us a call at (708) 863-1200 x 1017. We will send you a new one. Before you call us, please have the bag available - we will need to identify the model. In order to view old bags, view the following catalogs.

4. The handle of my bag is broken. What should I do?

If the handle of your bag is broken - give us a call at (708) 863-1200 x 1017 and we will send you a new one. Before you call us, please have the bag available - we will need to identify the model. In order to view old bags, view the following catalogs.

5. My bowling bag is ripped. What should I do?

If the bag is ripped, we will either repair it or replace it at no cost to you provided it is covered under the limited warranty. All you have to do is to send the bag to us (you pay the shipping) at:

Please make sure to add a note with a short description of the problem and your address. We will fix it or replace it, and send it back to you (we pay the shipping cost).

7. My handle or wheel is broken. It’s my fault and I just want to order a new one.
